Our Fresh Take on Online Learning
Engaging & Interactive Lessons
Watching a screen while someone talks at you isn't exactly exciting. That's why we make learning fun and interactive! With slides, videos, pictures, quizzes, worksheets, and more, we ensure every lesson keeps your child engaged and eager to learn.
Weekly Lessons
These days, it's all about short-form content, and we all know how hard it is to stay focused for long stretches! That's why our weekly classes are just long enough to cover what matters, but short enough to keep it fun and stress-free for your child. For any KS3 lesson and below, lessons are 30 minutes long, priced at £8 per lesson (with a 10% sibling discount if you sign up more than one child). For our GCSE classes, its £12 per 45 minute lesson. And our new adult classes are £15 per 45 minute lesson
SEN Friendly
Almost all of our tutors are experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). They tailor their teaching methods to each student's needs, using clear communication and personalised approaches to create a supportive and understanding learning environment. Additionally, there is never any pressure for students to have their video feed or microphone on, and participation is always voluntary!
Communication Made Easy
We create WhatsApp group chats for each class, allowing parents to easily ask tutors questions, share updates, send homework and stay connected throughout the learning process. This open communication helps ensure parents are always in the loop and can support their child's progress.
High Quality Tutors
We believe that kindness, patience and understanding are the most important qualities in a tutor, and our tutors embody these values. Alongside these qualities, they bring extensive experience, hold various qualifications (you can find more details in their profiles) and are all DBS checked, ensuring both high-quality lessons and a safe, welcoming learning environment.
Each Lesson Builds on the Last
We believe that learning works best when it feels steady, connected, and supportive. That’s why our classes follow a clear path — each lesson builds on the last, helping students deepen their understanding week by week. With the same tutor and a familiar group of peers, learners benefit from a consistent and encouraging environment.
Our Subjects
Swan tutoring has made such a difference in my son's learning, and life. The lessons are engaging despite being remote which is such a skill. My son always learns and retains it incredibly well. The lessons are such good value for money. Highly recommend to anyone.

Most of our lessons cost £8 for a half-hour session. Fees for each 13-week block are divided into four monthly payments, making it easier to budget rather than paying the full block upfront. On average, this works out at around £26 per month, per class.
Cancellations mid-block aren’t possible because your child’s place is reserved for the full 13-week block, ensuring a consistent and stable learning environment. Once booked, you’re committed to paying for the block through the agreed monthly payment plan.
To stop after a block, you must provide written notice before the first payment of the next 13-week block. It's the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure notice is given on time. If notice ins't reiceved on time, the contract automatically renews for the next block, and full fees for that block will apply. All our teachers are fully qualified in their respective fields with teaching experience, and are fully DBS checked.
